Return & Refund Policy

At Fashionista, every purchase is backed by our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Return Eligibility

You have 1 day from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and unaltered

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, dust bags, tags, and accessories (where applicable)

Items showing signs of use or missing original packaging may not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances are not eligible for return unless they are defective or were sent incorrectly.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email us at bloomifi@gmail.com within your 1-day return window. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped item.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Fashionista is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 2–3 business days.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at bloomifi@gmail.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost.
